I couldn’t be happier. I love the scan barcode option for my foods that I enter into the tracker. It has actually eased my mind a lot with being able to have everything very easily accessible and easy to understand.

I just love this program and app. The app was a great tool to see what I was eating and how much? I loved the the daily mindset to do list. I’m definitely going to do a year of the Turtle Method. Thank for helping me get on the right road to health and a change in my mindset.

Before this, macro counting seemed overwhelming, my relationship with food was yo-yo-ing and after looking into a trainer to do map it out for me i realized there was no way I could sustain it financially. Turtle method has completely transformed my education on it, not only practically but mentally with my relationship with food and getting my body moving! Highly recommend!!
