There an option download your labs. Click it and it will say the download is successful. But it doesn’t really download anywhere. The document section in the app just has doc notes. Which makes it pain to get copies becuase what am I supposed to do, screenshot what I can see. It’s a trash app. We should have universal healthcare so all this can be streamlined instead of hundreds of less than half baked medical apps.

This app will let you check your appointment times,send messages to The Doctor, but will not let you ask for a refill on any prescriptions or medication’s. You either have to call, go in person or send a direct message.

Navigating this app and the website is difficult especially if you need to find a PDF version of a report from labs. Finally, when you find it, the report shows NO date of the labs on the report itself. The reporting also stinks because it does not just show a year over a year comparison of my values all on one page with nice comparison columns (please take this idea……. And start doing this) Overall, I feel like it takes too long to find simple things that I would like to see on the app, including the reporting, but clearly the pdf report is my biggest annoyance.
