Once I got on the app, my login info won’t work on the website. I have to login to the app then transfer to the website. Won’t let me login on my laptop and really frustrating

I do not use easy passwords, so when the app logged me out and will no longer allow biometric login, it is quite frustrating. It logs me out now every time I switch to another app. As a result, health statistics no longer upload like they used to.

The app works sometimes. It doesn’t always record activity from iPhone so makes it difficult when doing wellness challenges that need activity to be recorded.
