This app is easy to navigate, fast to submit documents, and efficient when reviewing transactions and documentation. After submitting proof of purchase, the approval comes back quickly, so there’s no sitting and wondering if there’s any issues with your purchases. I appreciate this app and how fast everything goes!

There are features, such as requesting a replacement card, that cannot be performed on the website for which one must have the app or call the help line. Problem is the app does not currently work on IPhone so you have to wait on hold waiting for help. EBFlex knows the app doesn’t work on Iphone, but it’s been months now with no fix so I assume they just don’t care. The app will open, but if you try to login you get an error that your user name or password is wrong. Meanwhile, the recorded message in the help line touts this POS as the solution to all your problems. This company couldn’t be more jacked up. Absolute buffoons.

This updated app makes it super easy to check my balance and see all my transactions. Pretty simple to get around, got a notification very quickly after I used my card at the pharmacy and overall it looks very clean, professional.
