Walking Weight Loss: Walk Pal

I have tried to use this app several times and even paid for the yearly subscription,but I can’t see any workouts and most of the time it just goes back to the page to manage my subscription. It is awful which is sad because I really wanted to try it. I tried to reach out on the app,but it kept going back to the mange the subscription page. I had to cancel the subscription several times so hopefully it is canceled.

For me, this is a great alternative for when you can’t walk outside. Loved it because I did not get bored, like I would on a treadmill, and it kept me moving. It is strenuous enough to get a good workout and to keep you agile.

the music has to go. So far the workouts I’ve done have been low impact and easy to follow, while still getting me sweaty, but I’m already more than a little bit tired of 30 minutes of the same song over and over. And it sounds like Planet Fitness tanning bed music 😳
