Original app failed. Hopefully V2 is better.
The original app failed… completely ceased functioning. This was a major disappointment to say the least, but made worse by a growing lack of communication from the company. Apparently a new architecture has been designed now, but only after many, many months with nearly zero communication from the company. In the meantime, we had to suffer through the failure or discontinuation of major portions of their account management system, including the ability to cancel your account and remove payment methods. I had to cancel my card number through the bank to keep them from continuing to charge us for a discontinued service. They have many apologies to make if they expect to win back the hearts of their old users. I won’t be coming back.
