All and most features do work within the app however since adding my Covid vaccine certificate to the app it no longer makes the sounds when checking in. And to top it off it is now really slow accepting when I do check in. Can you please look at these to rectify the issues?
The app is working fine (ie, records history, frequent guests, etc) except for the check-in tone. The tone stopped working several weeks ago, even when switched ‘on’ in the settings. I’ve also noticed the ‘vibrate’ setting doesn’t work either. I’ve updated the IOS version on my phone, to no avail. I am loath to delete and reinstall the app because all the history will be lost. several weeks ago
The app was great till The last update in August. Now I lose all my history and it says “let’s get started” and then I have to put all my details in again ( name, Address, email ) and I lose all my history again minutes later . This is serious and needs to be fixed ASAP, especially if you need information days/ weeks later(Who can remember all their whereabouts?) . I have reported in different platforms.
