Check In CBR

this mostly works if you are standing still with the camera held still and at a specific distance - but if you're too close, too far or trying to check in on moving public transport, it becomes to most time-consuming & frustrating task being asked by the local ACT government! unlike most QR or photo-capture apps, this app does *not* support auto-focus or zoom... a great time-waster when needing to travel! UPDATE: whoever developed the app for the government needs to remove all models from the Iphone 5 and below as incompatible with this app...

Several times in the last month the app reset, requiring me to register again and so I lost my history. 2 weeks ago it crashed every time I tried to open it. I had to delete it and reinstall, losing my history again. Same thing happened again today so I’ve lost my history again. Same happened on my daughter’s phone several times. I know ACT Health have the data and presumably will contact me if I checked in to a close contact location, but the point is for me to be able to pro-actively check my history against the exposure sites list.

App is great and simple, especially the feature which keeps a history of recent people/guests to add to a check in. I only found the recent/favourites feature for check in locations after originally submitting this review for it to be a added as good feature and then I saw it mentioned in other reviews and so went looking for it, perhaps the “recent” icon for quick check in could be more prominent or labelled? Potentially also a location search feature, offline check in cache for future upload when reconnected for bad signal areas like shopping centre car parks (eg; Gungahlin Marketplace).
