Version 2.0 and subsequent releases (as of Jan. 10th, 2021) drain badly the battery (iPhone 11 pro max, and particularly on an iPhone 8). The app *continuously* checks for your location 24h/day, instead of smartly noticing location changes. Version 1.0 was not this bad and had no visible effect on batter life.
I hope it gets fixed soon.
Moreover, notifications cannot be enabled. When you click on the notice to activate notifications, you are redirected to the settings for the app where no notifications settings are available. The app is also not listed in the “notifications” section of the Settings where one can set notifications preferences for many other app installed on the phone.
V.2 of this app needs a lot of rework.

Until the government switch the app to Apple / Google API, I’m refusing to have this on my iPhone. Even the UK government quickly took the steps in the right direction for their citizens.
