Relax Infinity: Meditate,Sleep

I really appreciate the fact that Relax Infinity offers the beautiful gift of silence in many of the meditations. In addition to sound and soothing words these moments of silence are so precious. The app is easy to use and has many choices and offerings so you can find something that fits your needs in the exact moment when you are using it. Imagine the possibilities if we all took even just a few minutes a day to connect to ourselves… Thank you Relax Infinity for this beautiful offering you’ve share with us!

I have tried a few different meditation apps, but Relax Infinity is my go-to favorite. I am impressed with the authenticity of the practices offered on the app. And particularly love that there are intermittent silences throughout -- pockets of quiet -- where I can connect with the mediation on a deeper level. And, the 528M Sleep Meditation takes me into a sublime slumber.

This app is wonderful compared to some of the other meditation apps available today. Specifically because they are tied to ancient practices. For example the Chakra meditations and Tibetan Bowl Meditation. I notice a profound difference in my energy beginning my day with Relaxx compared to Calm and Headspace. I will continue to be a premium user!
