Cerner Staff Manager

The app hasn’t been working this month, it’s not showing my schedule and 90% of the time I get a message “Unable to load calendar events. Please refresh your screen. If the problem persists, contact Cerner Support.” I don’t have a number to call. Also, when I get a request to switch schedules with someone, I get several notifications all at once, although it didn’t do that this week.

I usually don’t EVER write reviews but this app is so frustrating. It never opens properly and when it does it takes a long time to “load” to only say there is a server error. A lot of my coworkers also state that they can never open the app either. Very frustrating, please fix this.
