I used to absolutely love playing online with this casino, I am a diamond elite player, so I do play very frequently but one of the main reasons why I liked it so much was not only winning, but the withdrawals used to be immediate. Now they take close to 24 hours to process and it’s absolutely ridiculous. I have spent a lot of money here, but unfortunately I will be playing more on the other casino sites until (or if) they get back to doing immediate withdrawals. Not sure why they would change it but my last 5 withdrawals have taken about 24 hours and I think that’s just ridiculous since there are other sites that have immediate withdrawals. Why can’t this one do the same since they were doing it and now they’re not. I completely understand if you have one here or there that takes longer to process, but not when it’s consistent like this. Then when I try to log into the Caesars rewards site it tells me that I’m under a different email which I know I’m not under a different email and I contacted Support, but They said I had to come in in person in order to change the email. Absolutely ridiculous to make me come in person to do that. they said there was no other way around it. So now I can’t even go on the Caesars reward site and do anything on that. Very poor customer service.
Hands down the worst of all the online gaming apps as far as being able to play a game without being randomly logged off the app repeatedly time after time. The play is literally in slow motion and yes I have the latest version downloaded as well I was connected to Wi-Fi at all times while playing, as well as my device being updated to the latest version. I literally spend five times in my game at the most and I’m getting logged off in the app just goes blank screen on me every single time in the past two weeks it’s gotten worse to where I can’t even finish one spin like it’s laughable, but it’s not funnyand when I context Support, we’re gonna escalate it for you just like I’m VIP with horseshoe and I am supposed to have a host, but still don’t have one and when I contact them and they put in a request to receive a host three months ago multiple times I still have yet to receive one and or even hear back about the situation. Blows my mind how terrible Customer Service is and this is the same problem I’ve had with Caesars. I’m having with horseshoe the only two because I play on all the other apps and they’re all perfectly fine. It’s only these two apps and recently it’s gotten terribly worse. Stay away from these apps you’ll thank me later.
I really liked this site. It seemed to be the best. Then they started with their games. I used a debit card to deposit. They wanted a copy of the card. It had been stolen so I did not have it. So I asked for options. They said send a bank statement. I did. They said no a bank statement. I did. So back and fourth a few times. So I chatted they said we need a statement with the last 4 digits of 2222. I said I don’t have an account with 2222. I have a stolen card with 2222. They said your card number and a count number are the same! Lol nope!!! Maybe with a cc but not a debit. So I spent an hr chatting and they said se d a b and c. I did. Then they declined my request. So they are more than happy to take your money but good luck getting any back.
