Whether you are pregnant, planning on getting pregnant, already had your babies, or somewhere in-between, you need these ladies in your life! Your pelvic floor and core are super important and need to be worked, and many women don’t know that. And trust me, I used to be a personal trainer and I wish I could go back and help all those women who would tell me they peed a little during a burpee! There is also so much variety in the workouts, or they have programs you can follow. Breastfeeding tips, pre-birth tips, post-birth tips, and these women are teaching classes literally up to their due dates. Very pleased with this purchase. I started using this in my 2nd trimester and my baby is now 4 months old, and have no plans to stop...
I can’t say enough good things about this app. I came across it when I was starting my third trimester and wish I’d known about it sooner! When the COVID19 crisis hit and everything shut down I was was extremely anxious and emotional with the uncertainty. The Luna workouts helped me to channel my energy and train for birth. I also did the 4 week core before series, which really helped me connect to my pelvic floor and core like I never had before. To top it all off, the resources like the birthing class were super helpful! We had signed up for classes through our hospital, but they all got cancelled due to the COVID crisis. The resource videos on the app were a god send to us. As I write this I am 4 weeks away from my due date and fully plan to continue leaning on this app as my saving grace through birth and beyond!!
I love, love, love this app. With my first pregnancy I was a die-hard yoga goer. It was good for me at the time but didn’t provide me with the “sweat” of a workout that I desired but was afraid of doing. For postpartum recovery I was lucky to find the Luna Method. I participated in the program for a year, and when I got pregnant again I continued with it. I was excited to have something that gave me that challenge and “burn” but also was SAFE for my pregnancy. I felt strong, capable and energized throughout my second pregnancy (which I didn’t feel with my first) and doing the Luna Method was the key. Trying to fit in a workout between work, life, and my toddler’s schedules has been a nightmare and this app has been a god-send, allowing me to squeeze in a set where I could find the time. There are tons of options based on where you are in your motherhood journey, along with great informational segments from other professionals that focus on mommy health. I can go on and on about this beautifully designed app and its content but you should just check it out yourself and discover the value and enrichment that it can provide in your life.
