The Revolution Motherhood program has completely changed my life postpartum. As a new mom with historic injuries and chronic pain, I was lost and disconnected from my body when my PT recommended I try this program. The way that Rachel weaves education into her sessions and forces you go really learn about your body through her method is incredible. I’ve never felt more in tune with my body and capable. I have no fear that I am going to hurt myself from one of her workouts and know that it will always be a good one. She has workouts for every need. Even if it’s just 7 mins. Even if it’s just foam rolling. I recommend this to all new moms and women in general.
I’d say Rachel’s program should be given to every mother when they’re discharged after birth, but I’d have benefitted from her education on core strength and building your body from the inside out even decades before I had a baby. This program is slow and steady and meets you where you’re at, and has so much to push you when you’re ready. I recommend it to everyone!
This program is amazing and the new app makes working out with Rachel so easy. I’m able to stream from my iPad, iPhone, or AppleTV! I‘be been practicing yoga with Rachel since before I got pregnant, but since having my daughter three years ago, this is the only workout program that has worked for me to get back into my yoga practice and target the areas (core and lower body) that I lost I ouch with during pregnancy. The postpartum period is tough and Revolution Motherhood gave me both the mental and physical strength to take care of myself and my family. I completed the 12-week Foundations Program 3 years ago and now the phase 2 and signature classes are my go-to workouts. My favorite workouts now are the following: - 30-min Signature Lower Body - Phase 3 Core - 20-min Phase 2 waist toning - Phase 2 Level 3: full body - Phase 3: Full Body - Strength Builder morning quickie 13 min yoga - 60 minute signature
