Prospre - Meal Planner

I’ve had a very busy week however I found this app last week as I’ve been going crazy trying to stick to a macro plan and was feeling very overwhelmed with all the calculations. This is amazing seeing it does it for you! I probably won’t prepare everyday as suggested and most likely eat the same things on consecutive days to simplify and help with less grocery shopping and more consistency! I wish they had the same thing for 3 days then switch to the same thing for a few days and set it up that. No one wants to prepare several different things everyday and do that day in and day out (I’m my opinion)

I've been searching for a perfect solution to help me determine my target macros, create a meal plan, and track my progress effortlessly. After trying numerous other apps, I discovered Prospre, which outperforms them all. Prospre takes the guesswork out of meal planning by generating personalized target macros, offering a wide variety of simple yet delicious recipes, and tracking your progress seamlessly. The simplicity of the recipes is a major advantage, as it makes meal preparation a breeze. Plus, the app provides a convenient grocery list for stress-free shopping. Other tracking-only apps I've tried required me to do an overwhelming amount of work, like figuring out the nutritional content of every meal I consumed. And apps that provided target macros without recipe suggestions just added more tasks to my plate. Prospre eliminates these barriers, streamlining the entire process to make healthy eating and meal tracking more manageable than ever before. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to optimize their nutrition and achieve their fitness goals with ease. While using Prospre on a mobile device, I did experience some minor challenges when attempting to tweak recipes, as navigating through the app can be a bit tricky on a smaller screen. It would be fantastic if a dedicated Mac app were available to enhance the user experience and make recipe customization even more seamless.

I wanted to use this app to help me plug in my extensive recipe collection to help shape dinners my family likes into a macro-friendly daily meal plan for myself—a little different than how it’s set up to use. But it does a great job of doing that. Recipes are easy to add and programming customizable meals adds a lot of value for those who like to have more repeats for leftovers. I did accidentally add too many recipe so that the app crashed out (like, hundreds, more than a normal person would add, trust me) but Jonathan was SO helpful and prompt and fixed it all up for me. Love what I see so far and can’t wait to watch this grow!
