Overall, the system is very easy to use in the audio and video were good. However, when waiting for a practitioner, if that practitioner is late, then you’re just sitting on the screen telling you that they have been notified. After a few minutes you start to question whether you’re really still connected… It would be helpful if there was something active on that screen like a timer showing how long you have been waiting (or even old school hold music!)

Same issue as “Miserable”. Will not accept the email used to set up the account. Poorly designed program. The number provided for help was useless. The gentleman on the other end of the line said he doesn’t have access to the system, and can only help virtual customers.

Won’t let me sign in with the email that I use successfully through the portal. It says there’s no such patient. And the link to my appointment won’t allow access to video except through this miserable app. If I could give this zero stars, I would.
