I use the portal quite often. I wish the doctors officers were referred to it more often and not request additional paperwork. One recommendation I would give is that when an email is sent automated I’m sure that it says there is new information available on the portal and you click on that link it does not take you to that information. I’ve had two emails that says there are new test results just today from a recent visit and when I’ve clicked on those links which were a couple hours apart, there were no new test results. I’m assuming someone must be adjusting records or so forth, but it shouldn’t send me a message in case but anyhow that’s my suggestion and if an organization says, please check pre-check in on the portal and then you ask me for that paperwork again when I get to your office, I refuse to fill it out. I’m not gonna do it twice. Hope that help

My provider Hannah Houck is top notch. I have recommended many people to her. One lady thanked me because Dr. Houck listened to her and is helping her walk again. The office staff however have forgotten what customer service is. I showed up with my son in the 10 min wait time before they cancel you. We were 8 minutes behind I called to let staff know and see if they could flip me with the next person and I received nothing but lip back about how they can’t do that unless the provider approved. At this time Mr. McCullough was the doctor (he is still there). He literally yelled at me in front of my child knowing he just diagnosed me with anxiety and panic attack. I went out to cancel my appointment that was later that morning to be greeted by a hateful blond at the front desk. Another time my daughter walks in right at the 10 min mark and because they didn’t lift their head right away to see her and the clock turned over one more minute she literally cancelled my daughters appointment while she was waiting in line to check in. You can never seem to settle with one doctor here either. I explained to staff I want the same doctor for everything and they said one doctor is for ER follow ups only. Another doctor or 2 quit so my doctor is booked out 2 months in advanced. I should be able to see my doctor for everything. Her and I built a relationship. Having anxiety and panic attacks I don’t like meeting multiple doctors. I want one who’s knows everything about me.

My opinion before I even downloaded the app was it’s just another medical app that I’m gonna have to keep track on. I am happy to say that this was probably the easiest to navigate and to bring together my medical files and all under one roof and it also allowed me to share my medical records electronically with my husband anytime he needs to get into that. I am thoroughly impressed and I want you to know that I am usually a harsh critic when I review products, and I want you to know that you earned this.
