My son (7) has been using this app twice daily for the past year. He’s doing great and has had zero cavities at his dental visits. He can independently brush REALLY well with this app and I think it was the best tool we could have found to build his skills. However, we have been in magic world for months now, he’s bought everything he could possibly buy with his gems, and he’s currently banked over 100,000 and can’t do anything with them. He still likes using the app, but he already earned the badge for a 50 day streak and he’s getting bored with the lack of options available now. More worlds and options to buy masks would really be beneficial for the long-term users of this app. We loved the spooky music during Halloween/October, and were hoping we’d see more extras like that in November and December. We’d like to keep using this app to keep up his AMAZING brushing, but it really needs more worlds and extras to keep kids using it long-term. Thanks for the awesome hygiene tool! It was a great kick-start for good brushing habits.

Teeth brushing used to be a major struggle twice a day and caused major bedtime issues. This device and app has completely flipped my son’s attitude towards dental care. He LOVES this system. He looks forward to brushing, challenges himself to do better & get as many gems as possible. He is even doing multiplication in order to see his results in the Parent Log in. The turn around is remarkable. However, he is 7 and doesn’t have his own phone, therefore he uses ours. Even though you provide an email address to log in, there doesn’t appear to be centralized cloud storage that saves your progress so it syncs across all platforms. My husband and I both have the apps, are signed in under one email address, yet he is at different stages in each respective app. Worse, my phone crashed and I had to reset to factory settings. All the data in the app is gone. All of his hard work over the past 6 weeks is gone. All the masks he bought, all the gems he’s earned, all the progress he has made. He is devastated and in fact, is too disheartened to start back up again. So back to nightly fights about brushing. It was good while it lasted. If I could make one suggestion, please, please, please, offer the option to create an account that syncs across all devices.

Our nearly 5 yr old son brushes his teeth 2 & 3 times in a row aiming to get 3 stars and kill the nasty germs. His ability to follow/mimic the direction and location of the toothbrush is awesome. The head dresses and photo option are super cute and gets him excited to brush. The bottom of the toothbrush can not be covered by a hand and the phone must be far enough away to ensure the bottom does not go out of the picture frame. It’s a learning curve. Simple hand adjustments are made so the toothbrush is held correctly and ensures proper brushing and all the sides are cleaned well. The teeth change from yellow to white to show which areas need more attention. The app setup was a little frustrating requiring a link within an email to be selected on the actual device used, instead of a simple login. I have already recommended this product and app to others. It needs a time to floss reminder too.
