MoodBrush - Brush with Music

I’ve found this to be really useful. I even paid for the lifetime premium subscription. But I wish there were too things the timer included or maybe you could select to include. One: if the timer could show brushing on top of your teeth for whatever time needed not just the front and behind. Two: if it could show brushing your tongue too because I always forget that! It could be really cute if the brush brushes the character’s head that’s in the center and the text indicates to do your tongue. Those are the main things but even maybe a reminder the floss that you can select to show or not. Not that it times that too but just tells you at the end too to make sure you remember before the gift!

The other day I went to the dentist to get a cleaning they said if I don’t brush my teeth that they are going to start to fall out and that I am their youngest patient with really bad teeth I always struggle to brush my teeth because I was to lazy or because my adhd that night I went home to look for the perfect app to help me brush my teeth better I found this app and started using it ever since thank you to this app my teeth are petter then ever.

As an adult with ADHD, I've always struggled to force myself to brush my teeth. I always do it eventually, but I'll sit in the bathroom for an hour wasting precious sleep time trying to force myself to do it and it just doesn't happen. This app is kinda like having a buddy be like "hey, let's do it together!" So far I've been able to open the app and then it motivates me to get up and do it instead of sitting there dreading it. It also makes the brushing time feel a lot faster!
