HotLog - Sauna & Cold Plunge

I record my Sauna session with this app and it performs flawlessly. I am particularly please that it updates my Apple activity app. My only request would be if you could create another app that records and updates my Apple activity app with similar data for my Cold shower/plunges. To date I cannot find a similar app that would record this information.

I track my time in the sauna, and this app magically turns it into exercise minutes!! Perfect for Challenges. My wife and I use everyday after going into our home sauna!! Feature request: easily allow one person to track and submit for 2 users or allow easy sharing of the stats so one person can track, then send an easy link with the sauna information to the other. I find one of us will forget to submit, so then it’s a bit of work to go back through older entries to get the other’s updated.

Love the app, the interfaced data to health & consistent tracking of my sauna time. However, after damaging my original phone - the data didn’t migrate to my new device the way I had hoped. Everything prior to today was great, permissions are identical on all devices - but today’s entries no longer sync. Which is pretty frustrating Realizing there’ll be a lag in developer response - I opted to download my data in the csv (which is highly detailed & helpful), uninstall everything & reinstall and add my old data back in. Good thing I didn’t have any big plans this weekend Lol
