This app is the best. Totally worth the cost of a subscription. I highly recommend subscribing to the full version. I track my sauna sessions, cold plunge, hot tub, and just started red light therapy. It’s great for individual tracking but also the ability to have friendly competition with my friends and family. It keeps us all motivated. Motivated to cold plunge at 5 am before work and for a sauna at the end of the day. The only feature I would appreciate is the ability to track a sauna and red light therapy at the same time, since my sauna offers that ability. Thanks for the great app.
The app is good for cold plunging. Nicely integrated with my Apple Watch. On the sauna centric data the app is remarkably lacking. The Apple Watch cannot withstand the heat (at higher temperature levels) of a sauna. All the sauna data is therefore entered manually. Access to one’s heart rate as example is not possible. Manual entering of the sauna data is not efficient. For example, the temperature wheel only goes from 0 degrees to say 194 degrees in one direction from low to high) so between this and not being able to leverage your past sessions inputting values (say of session time and temp) makes the UI unnecessarily cumbersome. Another app has a small sensor that can be taken into the sauna and it tracks some variables? Also I don’t care for all the community/shared activity functionality wrt my cold plunging - I wish there was a way to mute that. Expensive app for simply being a partially integrated tracker for cold plunging.
First, I have been cold plunging and winter swimming for 4+ yrs. During that time, taking pictures of water/air temperatures and writing journals etc. Volumenous pictures and notebooks. Now it's all on my wrist. Definitely a game changer. Also, recently I contacted the creator and they promptly got back to me with an answer to my question quickly. I have highly recommended this app to my friends and other cold water plungers. My only complaint is where was it 4years ago!!! Thank you for the app.
