I really like the personal shopper atmosphere. They communicate with you when they have started your order and they let you know right away. If you have ordered something there’s something not in stock and they give you options.! Highly recommend over Walmart’s curbside service!

Greetings: My continued and past service, has not been a good one. My husband and I are seniors and unfortunately, we’ve had to endure the awful service we’ve received at your Dollarway Store. Senior days are set up at your stores and we shop our larger list for those days, to not get our discounts. We spend more money on a weekly basis because of our health. I have been so upset of services received, that I cried to your manager. The manager did give me a gift card and has to constantly apologize for their service. On 2 occasions I’ve had to go in myself due to time constraints and they said they don’t start filling orders until after 10, I mentioned to them that the site began orders at 8. My last call I asked for the manager and was told she wasn’t sure if she was there. I called to ask for her because she instructed me to do so because of poor customer service. Super one have provided donations for the community and it is appreciated. I am sure some may think that I should do my own shopping or go somewhere else. But I think what is offered is convenient and good, but you have to do the right thing. We do not have family in our area and rely on businesses for our everyday needs. A couple of months ago my husband tried to purchase a carpet cleaner only to be told, that they are all not working and need servicing. All consumers should be entitled with a level of professionalism and care. I’m writing this, not sure our concerns would be addressed, it hadn’t occurred before, but thank you!

The new version is definitely inferior to the previous one. For several years I’ve been using the app to make my shopping list before going to the store and then just update the list each week by checking or unchecking the items I need. The previous version had the capability to sort listed items by store department, which was very convenient. I can’t find that option in this version. This version seems to be geared more for placing online orders rather than shopping in person. I’ll just go back to using the Notes feature on my phone to keep up with my shopping list. Not pleased at all with this new version.
