FRESH by Brookshire’s

I have put my produce and meat order list in my Walmart app and in my Fresh app. There has only been less than a $10 difference. Some say that Fresh is more expensive. Not much for my list that doesn’t include many processed things. The quality and service are so much better than other stores. It’s my favorite place to grocery shop!

I just want to say that Micheal was super attentive to me. He asked me if I needed anything else to order. I did needed eggs. He got my eggs for me. This was a great experience for me. I would be using the curbside every time. Thank you for your great customer service.

I’ve been using this app regularly and successfully for a while, up until a couple weeks ago when my lists disappeared. Also when I tried adding items to my cart nothing happened. Suddenly I couldn’t do anything with the app. I signed out, deleted the app, reinstall the app, and now I can’t sign in. The link to reset password doesn’t work either. I’m really bummed as Fresh was convenient and the staff who brought out my groceries were helpful, efficient, and kind. We became familiar and I always trusted their choices the few times a cart item wasn’t in stock. What up Fresh? I continue to try to use your app without success. Unfortunately, WalMart’s been getting my business since this app no longer works. Just ugh, y’all.
