Downloaded app this week and have used twice so far. Suggestions: make it so that I don’t have to log in every time I want to use/order. Took a bit to figure out that payment method was not automatically saved. Would be helpful to let us j is where the “pickup” parking spots are so we don’t have to drive around looking (not obvious for my store). Thanks for doing this—it is an excellent time saver!

I downloaded the app so I could check weekly flyers and specials without having to google every time. I thought it would have the same info as the website, but it doesn’t even show the flyers. It has lists, but I want to be able to scan the flyer without having to scroll through every item. And it doesn’t take you to a home page. The landing page is for starting an order, and you have to begin the process just to get in. It’s could be handy for ordering, but that’s not what I’m interested in. It’s easier just to google the website. I’m probably going to delete the app.

Terrible “search” functionality. You have to put nearly the exact words in to get any results. Tested misspelling words or using symbols numbers (half and half vs 1/2 & 1/2 will give different results). The last thing you search remains in the search bar- you have to delete each character to clear the search between EVERY item. The is no “recently searched” menu. It’s so useless and unprofessional it should be embarrassing to Rouse’s. The developers have obviously little experience in UI. Can’t zoom pics to view labels or nutritional info. Have to go to details to find. So many more issues. So frustrating. For those complaining that the Rouse’s app isn’t at your store, be glad Rouse’s hasn’t taken Instacart out of your store. Trust me, I’d rather pay a small mark up on items than use this crappy app. And… I had $40 in credits with Instacart and a free delivery that I can’t use because Rouse’s didn’t give their customers a date when they were suspending the use of Instacart.
