I’m a client of a care giving company that uses Birdie to provide a report of my father’s care. I’m also based in the US where the company is based in the UK. Their 2FA service does not work with US phone numbers despite appearing to send a text when you log in. Emailing support when they are there can work but it’s a pain when the session expires and you have to log in again. Desperately needs to be Authenticator based not a broken 2FA text back system.
Great app but impossible to access when you have difficulty accessing. Customer care is zero 😩
