The mobile app and the website are both terrific, I don’t think I could fault them whatsoever. My only request going forward would be for the iPad app to support auto rotate. My iPad pretty much lives in the apple keyboard case which automatically switches off the on screen keyboard. My iPad is in landscape mode but unfortunately the app doesn’t support this. I have to type with my head sideways which gives me a neck ache. Could we have auto rotate? One more thing and something that would make this perfect in my eyes, would be the ability to edit previous logs further than 12 hours. Occasionally I forget details or I’ve misspelled something. I know I can do this from the desktop site so to be able to do this from the app would be good. Keep it up guys! :)
This app is great and so user friendly. Easy to navigate and have the creators on hand by phone and email if you have any issues or need advice. Definetly recommend this to anyone wanting to use a care app and ditch the paper for logs . Got my approval. Update on the go when out and even in an offline mood aswell, so no getting back from days out and having to rush to do all daily logs! Love it
This is an absolutely fantastic app! Best of all it is free! Although I use Direct Payments and am not a care home, this app allows me to plan my care routine and my care staff can log in and record care activities including clinical activities and hospital visits at the touch of a phone. It is useful for reviewing changing needs, care planning and generally making life easier. Having worked in care homes and home care previously I can also see how this would be fantastic for any organisation. The ability to uploads care plans, documents such as advance directives and to set passwords and shifts to control access to sensitive data! I recommend any home care, care home or individual managing their own care try this app!
