I think this is an absolutely fantastic app! It has some really great features built in that are perfect for the way the NHS is going - where it falls short is from my experience dealing with 2 GP practices and several community services (all using TPP SystmOne) that none of the GP’s know anything about it. I had a conversation with a GP who happened to be the managing partner and asked him if he could see the various BP/Glucose readings I’d logged throughout the month and he had no clue what Airmid was, how to enable it on their system or how to access the records. He had no clue it was possible to message through the app, log your own data, complete questionnaires etc. Basically, this app has so much potential but TPP really need to work with service users to encourage as many as possible to embrace the technology and features and set them up properly!
