Not even worth trying this app. It is non-functioning. Can’t even log in. Or get help. App hasn’t been updated to fix issues in two years. Don’t waste your time. What a joke. This is beyond frustrating considering annual increases in my insurance premiums. Can’t make a useable app.

If I could give zero stars I would. I used to be able to login! Now it uses my Face ID and/or I try to type in my password and it acts like it’s logging me in but brings me back to the login page. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Can’t check my benefits or EOB because I can’t log in! Fix Immediately or I’ll be contacting my HR about this awful customer service!

Since the upgrade, I am able to do everything that I was hoping to do before, but couldn’t. It’s great having the ID card and claims at such easy access, and the interface is very user-friendly.
