This app needs a separate place to sign in/ out instead of going through the whole registration process/find yourself on the list/ etc. It's a bulky & not easy to navigate app.
The interface is fine, but responsiveness upon click is slow, and the app crashes if you attempt to paste a field in, specifically the 10-digit Alumni number. Certain areas direct you elsewhere for things like buying tickets, but then when you are redirected, there’s no “buy” option. Agree with the previous reviewer, it works and is handy for the Final Four, but needs to keep refining and improving with each iteration.
The interaction UI on the app is just okay. It’s not horrible, but it could be a lot better. When it comes to entering information the fields are too small to easily navigate through and you should set it to use the number pad when entering any numerical information. The whole thing needs to move up a size or two in font size and create a “native” type experience. There’s a way to do that and use controls that are set for the phone and still leverage your desktop content. Just need to keep iterating on it.
