It's a pretty good app for fitness and wellness classes offered through employer benefits. The app has been pretty disappointing to use. It will never connect to AirPlay it just spins and spins. I've tried numerous approaches & the support team just sends me basic install instructions and says it's an issue on my end with my phone. I want to use it but it's less than ideal to take a class looking at your tiny 2x4in phone
Its not stable the videos take forever to load and sometimes it doesn't play any at all. This has been going on for about a year now
Are you uncertain about taking expensive video workout classes? This is the choice for you. There’s a lot of variety of workout methods, intensity levels, and instruction levels. If you’re going to work out 3-4 times a week, I would try it for 6 months, less frequently maybe a year, and in either case, I’d move on to (or add) something better supported after that. The classes don’t seem to update frequently (if at all). You can provide feedback, but it’s challenging to see anything other than a summary of everyone else’s thoughts. The app is mildly buggy when trying to use AirPlay. Again, it is what it is. Don’t go to McDs and expect a high quality steak.
