I love this app use it for school, i love how you can fully customize it for your needs. YOU have to download this app right now!
The good: I just got this app and after filling out all of the information that was requested, I was recommended a workout. The workout was perfect for me and wasn’t too advanced for my current health. One issue: I really liked the app and at the end it gave a timer and a calorie count. I really wish that this would integrate with the Apple Activity app because though I worked out for 35 minutes, none of it was recorded through the app which is kind of upsetting.
I love this app as a very streamlined workout companion. I just wish the videos will download as it did prior to the iOS 13 update. Also want airplay functionality.
