Knack’s app is visually appealing, powerfully relevant, and allows for students to effortlessly pay for peer tutoring safely via debt. Students can also search and find course specialists at their university! Super neat. The layout of each section of the app is cleverly designed! The people at Knack are incredibly prompt with communication if you have any issues with the interface or questions about how to maximize one’s usage of the platform. As a tutor, it’s a pleasure to host sessions via Knack and reduce the friction point of asking clients for cash or nagging clients for Venmo transfers. Knack simplifies payment and disbursement of earnings occurs within a couple business days. I’ve personally dealt with the app engineered, one of their communication specialists, and the co-founder/CEO himself. All great guys who are wholeheartedly dedicated to innovating peer tutoring to advance higher education. The group session platform is the next game-changer for Knack. Students can now invite one another and join in on larger group sessions and save money! Knack is the next big thing for peer tutoring and I’m excited to see where the app goes from here! Can’t speak highly enough of the app and the fellas working day and night behind the scenes. And no, this was not a paid review - everything above is a candid reflection of my experience using Knack over the last 4 months!

Edit: These guys thought of everything! I love this app. Never crashes, (that’s a big one for me) and it’s so easy to schedule and charge for sessions. I’ll never leave knack for my tutoring services. This app functions really smooth unlike some others I've tried out. The support team always gets back to me quickly with any questions. I use it to hire private tutors and TAs for my upper level courses and to offer my tutoring services to students in the classes I've mastered in my major. I love how easy it is to be a tutor on Knack, it's like getting paid to study and keep sharp on old concepts! I love it!

While the platform doesn’t work perfectly, sometimes it’s my fault and sometimes it’s the internet. The rest of the time, it’s wonderful! Setting up sessions and billing/payment are a breeze. My families have been flexible when there have been glitches and we call or text, as needed. I’m totally enjoying on-line tutoring. Thank you, TRTF and Knack!
