I was ok with the app even though I had to wait for an email to tell me that the person responded. But since I updated it when I hit the app it kicks my out of the whole app with a black screen and how having to use the website which is very inconvenient bc I’m not good with remembering my password and having to login everytime I get a message so please fix the glitch

I’m not given an option to purchase credits in the app not even when I send a message.

This app deserves nothing less than 10 stars. I could complain or nitpick any app I use. I am surprised & even disappointed to read the reviews for this app does just that. This app lets our family and friends, whoever it is that is away from us on the outside keep very much in touch with loved ones and they have kept it very affordable and very way to use. This app could possibly be or has been a lifesaver to many people inside those jail walls and that is better and more than worth a very big thank you and show of appreciation. I know it means the world to me and to my loved one. We kept each other going and getting through hard times ileopeeeeethis app made the time apart don’t know so much more bearable to us both.
