This app is one of the worst medical apps I have ever come across. My provider instructed me to use this to fill out patient paperwork, and between the provider having literally 23 forms to fill out AND how bad this platform presents and manages and fills the the documents, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had onboarding. The forms ask you to repeat the same information over and over, it ask you to the date in one format or another and is not consistent. It does not learn previous responses or save signatures. I stopped at form 7 of 23 and called it good. If my provider wants my paperwork then they can hand me some regular forms. Otherwise there is no chance of me doing it on this app.

I have not been able to get past the logo opening page of this app in months. My drs office says I need to go to the website and reset …. Reset what. I’ve been on the website and can’t find anything to reset , can’t even find where to reset password. Now they are going to online billing only and I have to rely on this app and website which are terrible to pay my bills and I don’t even get notifications when I have a payment due ! Incredibly frustrating

All of my health records are blank with the exception of my demographics. I cannot see appointments, care plan, billing history, lab results, etc. All blank. I know there is information in these fields because when I log into the portal on my computer I see it. As an individual who works in medical billing where we are constantly trying to improve the patient experience, this app needs major improvements. While I love my physician, I wish they were on Epic so I could use MyChart.
