I really really love everything about this app. I wanted to make one slight suggestion though. For future updates, I would love to see a more narrowed down search option for when a particular workout needs to be modified. When I did the 12 week New Year challenge , I opted for the At Home program. Initally I was hesitant to try it because I wasn’t sure how great of a result I would get with minimal access to equipment at home . I had such amazing results doing the program. I really loved using bands for upper body workout days. With that being said, I would looooovvveeeeeee to see updates for older programs that are available to be both Gym and Home. I’m currently doing the Juicy challenge (which is gym based) and I don’t have a leg extension machine at home. When I go to modify, endless options load for me to swap out. I would love to see the option be narrowed down to 3-5 options that I can choose from so that it can be as close to accurate to the original. I would like to take the “having to think about it” part out the equation if possible 😅 Other than that, I love everything else about the App. Especially the mission and what Grounds stands for
This app is like no other! I do love it! I just have one critique and hope it becomes part of the app in the future. It has everything from exercises, diet, journal, and more. You can customize what you are looking for and have the app flow through the steps and calories burned. Some other apps I have used in the past makes tracking difficult to use and this just seems so simple and easy. Let alone quick which I need as I have limited time. I also like the variety of exercises, food logging, community support, journaling, and other tracking devices within this one app. So my one critique, I wish there was more help with postpartum tummy, ab, core care. If this is an app for and by women this is the one thing that should be here. Postpartum has been hard. I had a C-Section so theres this big surgery to recover from and there are no abs or core from a giant pregnant belly. Then I broke my fifth metatarsal on right foot. Who knew fractures were so common in postpartum for women. So moving is limited but I will make it work for me! Anyway, I am working on closing the two inch gap from left to right abs so my belly button doesn’t look so lost in the soft and squishy extra love in the middle. I am looking into basic super duper easy exercises even easier than the easy setting on this app. I hope this becomes part of the app for other moms like me and hopefully by the time I have baby number two it will be! I Wish the team all the best of luck! 🥰
this app is the best fitness app I have tried everrrrrrr. I’ve tried a small handful of programs ranging from PDFs to full apps. While learning more and more about myself and my preferences throughout the years of trial and error, I’ve realized that I like to keep things as simple as possible - this app does exactly that. My #1 pro is that it is a macro tracker AND period tracker AND journal AND workout planner all in one. Sometimes I forget that I downloaded it for workouts because I use it all the time for so many other reasons. I was able to cancel my subscription with a different macro counting app because Grounds can do it for me and for half as much as the macro app I had before. Second pro is that this app can be 100% customized to fit whatever preferences you have. From the macros to the workouts to the specific exercises within the workout to the trainers, literally every thing can be customized to suit your preferences. I’ve never felt so catered to with a fitness app ever and for the price its honestly unbelievable. I’m so happy Heidi decided to come out with a fitness app. It’s becoming such an oversaturated market, and it can be difficult to find which ones are good quality and if they are worth the cost. Thankfully, I’ve been subscribed to Heidi for a few years and I’ve always felt that she’s so genuine and just keeps things real. The Grounds app knocks any other competition out of here. I currently only use a second fitness app specifically for meals/meal planning, but I swear if Heidi decides to add that feature to Grounds she can have all my money!!!😂😂
