Been shopping at Gabe’s since I was young. I always get my work clothes here as I am a hairstylist and I don’t spend a lot of money on clothing for work because it just gets ruined. I always hang my clothes up after washing and never dry. The clothes last a good while taking care of them like this. Really appreciate Gabe’s clothing. It’s not easy to please everyone but it’s great to please the majority of the hard working middle class people. This app would be really cool if it actually gave you the prizes that you won you’re supposed to get a coupon every time you reach 50points it’s very easy to reach 50points if you do the five day streak of playing their prize game almost every day I win 10 to 20 points and when they go to add up it never adds up the amount it’s supposed to like today I started out with 30 points and I won 20 points and I checked my points after I won the 20 points and it said I only had 40 which means it ripped me off 10 points and I didn’t get my coupon and every other time that I want to coupon only half of them would show up I was supposed to have 10 and I only had eight so I called customer service and they said that they fixed it and I went back on and I only had nine and then the next day I had seven and like I said I was supposed to have 10 so it really does for you ever even when you call customer service but if you’re lucky you’ll have your coupons for a minute and you should run in use expiration dates, but they disappear way before the expiration dates. And customer service always only fixes about half the problem if that. I spent almost a whole five days trying to get a hold of them to fix things and they never fully fix the issue

I created an account since I signed up at the store and noticed that I had some coupons at the bottom of my receipt it you have to maintain those coupon numbers… I’m never going to save those or remember I have them so I’m wondering if this is even worth it. I figured the app would be an easy way to save those to use later. First thing I noticed is that it doesn’t ask if you have an existing card# that you could use. I thought maybe since the Cashier took my email it would connect through there, it doesn’t and creates a whole new card# without a way to change it so it doesn’t reflect my purchases and points properly. Second, I signed out and now can’t sign back in. I’m going to wait 24 hrs and see if it will let me log in tomorrow (I just created the account). Reading past reviews doesn’t sound like that will happen. Other than the card number I haven’t played with the app.
