Furlenco

This is not a review of the app; in fact the app for Mac iOS was a bit clumsy when I used it. This review is for my experience with renting furniture from the company. I had arrived in Chennai unexpectedly and needed to get an apartment and furnish it, and someone I knew in Chennai suggested Furlenco. I ended up renting furniture from them and was extremely satisfied. In my experience, their two biggest assets were their furniture and their customer service. Their furniture, by and large, was attractive and in good condition. The appliances I rented were in excellent condition. Their other major asset was their customer service, at least as I experienced it over and over. I found that every single person I talked to or emailed was responsive and competent. There were things that weren’t clear in the processes of renting, receiving, and so on. When I called up to figure out what to expect, I got clear and competent answers, and then things happened the way I was told they would happen. I want to use the opportunity of this review to thank every one of those customer service people I talked to or emailed over my time renting Furlenco Furniture in Chennai. It was a difficult time for me and your patience and help made my time there easier. Thank you!

I have rented a bunch of things from Furlenco. I really like their products, they have better selection than their competitors. However their service might get messy at times, they seem to be growing at a faster rate and management doesn’t seem to be handling the growth well. Nevertheless, they try their best to do right by you. The quality of the things I have rented has been good, the delivery managers and people have been excellent. They show up on time and set the whole thing up. And they have been kind enough to reschedule my deliveries multiple times. I will definitely use their service again.

I ordered a bed from furlenco a few days ago. To be honest, I did hit a snag with the KYC team in the beginning. They took too long to verify my documents and I had to constantly call them to check the status update. But once the documents were approved it was a smooth ride. Mr. Pawan Kumar Chettri was the person taking care of the delivery of my product and he constantly updated me with the process. My product was delivered on time and Mr. Chettri ensured that I not only get the product I ordered but he ensured the mattress and the add ons are brand new. I will not hesitate to call furlenco for any future requirement and to make sure that I don’t have any difficulty I’ll definitely call Mr. Chettri.
