When “Premium Service” becomes a costly nightmare: My experience with Tumbledry
Absolutely appalling experience with Tumbledry. I trusted them with my expensive suede shoes after their store multiple times assured me they were experts. Not only was my delivery was delayed by a week, but my shoes were COMPLETELY ruined- fabric texture destroyed and colour changed. To make it worse, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is offering a ridiculously 1/4th of my shoes price as compensation. Why Claim to be India’s #1 laundry service if you can’t take accountability for ruining customer property.

Terrible company
Their laundromats are the worst rated on Google. Customers can’t see the actual reviews. Their ladromat lost my precious bag and it is impossible to get to escalation team of Tumbledry. They use delay tactics until the customer gives up. Better to use high quality alternative - Fabrico.
