Their laundromats are the worst rated on Google. Customers can’t see the actual reviews. Their ladromat lost my precious bag and it is impossible to get to escalation team of Tumbledry. They use delay tactics until the customer gives up. Better to use high quality alternative - Fabrico.

My dry-cleaning clothes have been delayed and I still do not have any information. Helpdesk told me to get in touch with local vendor. The app is not integrated well with on the ground business.
