DrinkPrime’s service has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The main issue is their unreliable customer support—technicians often take days to arrive and rarely fix problems on a single visit. In my case, I had recurring issues with water leakage, filter replacements being delayed, and the purifier shutting down unexpectedly. Even after multiple service requests, the technicians kept making excuses or simply asked me to troubleshoot problems myself, which is unacceptable when you need safe drinking water. Their app also gives misleading status reports, indicating everything is fine even when the filters are clearly malfunctioning or the purification system fails to protect against mold and algae. When I tried to cancel the service, not only was the process slow and convoluted, but they also deducted a significant amount from my refundable deposit without clearly explaining the charges. Moreover, their recharge system is confusing, and customer care frequently gave vague answers instead of solutions. The sales team oversells with promises they don’t keep, and there are often hidden charges in the plan, which are never explained upfront. Anyone considering this service should be cautious and get all terms in writing. For hassle-free, reliable purified water, you’re better off exploring alternative brands whose support and transparency are much better.

I’ve raised a ticket to cancel the subscription few days ago, today I’ve received a call from the agent and he gave me the option to buy a purifier and asked me to pay 4K, and I’ve told him that same call I received before and they offered same purifier for 3500, immediately he told me that as I’m working here we have an option to give that discount so yes if you’re making payment to day we can go ahead and give it for 3500, then i said just give us 2 days time let me check with my dad because he is the one who can takecare of everything so I asked him to wait, then he started conversation and said that I’m not sure about the offer after 2 days, I’ve told him that we are not able to take the decision right back however try to hold the price for another 2 days so that I’ll let you know, if guys know Telugu he used one sentence saying that “meku Maku set avvadhu cancellation ticket confirm chesthuna” then he disconnected the call. FYI: he is not giving basic respect to the customer not listening and not understanding the situation, finally when I’m asking about 2 days means we might interested with the offer but need time to confirm.. & finally he cancelled the services with rude behaviour means he forced to disconnect the services and letting out the customers this kind of services will never worked out , guys I referred few of my friends and relatives this I lost trust on DrinkPrime and disappointed.. Thanks for the services so far I never recommend this device to anyone

If the cost of normal can usage will get 250 litres from the outside cans vendors which is the cost equal to 374. Here I consider the can rate as 30/- per 20 litres as in my area. But here they are giving only 110 litres which is not enough for a couple for a month. So you have to recharge again. On average for two people with two small kids will consume 5 to 8 litres per day. Minimum needed usage with single recharge is 150 to 240. As the Ro+UV is there we can increase little more price compared to outside water cans usage. If they given atleast 180 litres with 374 package it is worth in taking. But still the TDS value is not achieving as they are mentioning with the new machines. The health range should be in between 100 to 300 TDS. But until now my TDS is varying only in between 30 to 69. So If it is maintained the same my basic requirement of TDS value was not achieved. If it continues with the same range I want to disconnect this service from next month. As normal water can is giving around 40 TDS value. If they the TDS improved to 100 and the basic plan of 374 giving minimum 180 litres then I will keep this as 5 star and continue the same. As the service was good until now. Installation and response was super in my area. No issues with App response but we make sure the blue tooth is on and the purifier is running for exact syncing of outstanding consumption from the App. To beat with other purifiers in the market they should do with this plan change to 180 litres/374 rupees and validity of one month. This is worth for all and they can enjoy the service without equipment purchase. Otherwise people will prefer buying the equipment as it is a single time investment.
