Zolo: Co-Living better than PG

Worst experience with them , all people will regret after staying with them. It will look awesome, they maintain property well but WiFi is limited use with limited devices and it will not work properly , every time we have to raise ticket for this and we have to wait till it resolves and for food separate we have to pay so much money apart from rent and bad food they will provide. And for electricity they literally loot money, I went to Hyderabad from Bangalore so I kept notice and went (notice 30days before only they will charge amount while keeping notice) I was not there in the property for entire month then also they charged ₹850 for EB charges and they said irrespective of your staying they will divide among all property mates. If you vacate property below 1year they will charge ₹2300 as exit fee, if you stay for 1 month or 2 months also they will charge it, it will deduct from our advance payment. Not only this you will face lot of issues with them🤬🤬. Avoid Zolo properties. You all can ask there respective flatmates also in that properties to confirm. Don’t go there and waste your time , better you avoid or else you will regret it a lot. Thank you

I really liked zolo mainly because of the cleanliness and other addons like wifi speed etc. But when it comes to eating, man, food is horrible🤢, everyday the dinner has some stupid unbeatable sabji and a terrific dal or anyother item mixed with rice. Dal or sambar or whatever it is, its so slimy feels like some kind of mucus is going through my mouth🤮. Only two days we get some eatable food like paneer, chicken and eggs. I am not quoting that they should provide it everyday, but at least some good sabji and some good and texturable dal is necessity! I am leaving Zolo only for one reason and thats food, no use of raising tickets as the same food is delivered to all zolo’s. Hope so someday they’ll change it, but I will highly recommend my friends not to join zolo!😶

I am living in Zolo fireflies men's PG, Hinjewadi, Pune. There are too many problems in this PG, maximum time there is an electricity outage everyday, I would've understand if the electricity went for 1-2 hours in a month but this is everyday's problem which I think Zolo forget to consider about. Even in OYO they have an outage but they having inverter for back-up so OYO has overcome that problem. Secondly there are more than 30 people living in this PG and for them Zolo provided single unit of appliances and some of them are not working. Day before yesterday I raised a ticket for not working of induction cooktop but it's been more than 24 hours and no action has been taken as of now, and in the same ticket I ask them to provide atleast 2 more induction cooktop for spare because everyone use it everyday but I think Zolo don't care about these problems, the only thing they care about is the rent money they're getting or not and even the care taker doesn't care about this issues. I request everyone to not register for Zolo PG as the situations are worst and would like to ask you guys to register for OYO or something else, they seems not to have these many issue.
