The app is bit confusing at times but the team at nestaway is rock star . They help with all my queries and special shout out to the relationship manager puja shah for getting all my queries resolved quickly and explaining in detail all the charges .

Guys please read the negative reviews which has lot of good information about the pathetic service nestWay providing. Think 1000 times before choosing nestWay for your stay. During Covid, there customer care is not operating. We need to invest lot of time in understanding where to raise our problem. Even if you raise the request they take 10 days to respond. I have moved out 15days ago but still I have not got advance. Each day they are telling different stories . I really feel renting a house owned by land lord is better than with app based renting. ESP nestWay is very pathetic . They charge for delayed payment of rent . But when they delay for paying back ur advance they take like a month. I asked for late payment charge as my money with them. They don’t even respond to that query.
