Quit: Hypnosis to Stop Smoking

I have never been hypnotized, and felt like I would not be a good candidate. I did everything but was very slow at it. When she counted backwards from 10 - I wasn’t deep enough yet. I noticed the transition to speaking about smoking. I allowed myself to slowly keep going deep. At some point I was no longer aware of my surroundings. I was surprised and happy when she counted out to eyes open and alert. That was a wonderful first experience with hypnosis and I will be repeating this first lesson - daily!

I had my baby a few months ago until recently I was able to stop for the sake of my baby prior to her being born. I was slowly scaling back on breastfeeding and after a night out of drinking I felt the urge to smoke a vape and did so, it slowly ruined my supply of milk for my daughter just on that one night where I started to crave it more due to the stress. With wanting to start fresh I ordered a few things to help me curve my addiction which was black pepper essential oil and using this app! I love it so far and plan to review again in the next couple of weeks with where I am at then, looking forward to this journey of being a non smoker!

The payments are pricey and there is a monthly fee so I refuse to get them but the hipnosis isn’t too bad it’s all mind over matter if you are willing to give it a try it will probably work for you as long as you give it an honest try.... second day with listening to the same one (which they suggest to do for a month) and it’s helped cut my smoking habit I was smoking a pack a day now i am down to 5 a day hopefully soon I will be at smoking nothing... quitting smoking is a slow process it’s not really a cold turkey thing if you want to be successful a great person once said the worst thing you can do is tell yourself you can’t have a cigarette you can but do you really want it (that wasn’t a quote from this app)
