The app is very clunky. Its interface isn’t the smoothest and the server seems to take a very long time to load data or sync over data. My company started a challenge and I was excited, but using the app has been a major pain.

It’s hard to participate and have fun in these competitions with coworkers when the app itself does not work. No issues, other than the lag between recorded steps, when logging in daily. However, I missed a few days, the app logged me out and when I attempted to sync my steps in the settings (EWH app, phone settings, health app). I continuously received an error stating access denied due to permissions is denied. I attempted several troubleshooting steps, short of deleting my data, to no avail.

I’ve been using the app since Feb 2024. My steps are hardly accurate. If you are a die hard competitor, I’m not sure you will appreciate this app. I used it to keep motivated to walk and I’ve enjoyed seeing my steps increase daily and over time. However, I know for sure my overall steps are not correct. For me, I’m nowhere near the top of the competition, right in the middle.
