App is great and normally my only complaint is that it often logs me out. But I’ve recently put some restrictions on my phone and a new phone for my teen, and when those restrictions are on, I’m not able to access the app at all because the app is rated 17+. This makes it so I can’t scan in and out at the front desk. I’m not sure if this rating is intentional but I’m not aware of any content on the app that wouldn’t be appropriate for those under age 12. Some of the classes have age restrictions, but that could be handled separately and doesn’t mean the app needs an age limit. I hope you can reconsider the age limits.

I love the Y! I always thought it was something that wasn’t for me until the day I walked through the doors! I was welcomed with open arms and I’ve never left! You automatically become part of a community of friends that love you and route for you ! It made me feel safe and I knew it would soon become part of my life! If you’re looking for something to do or to work on yourself this is the place ! You will walk in and the first thing you’ll see is a smile! I love my Y!

I love the fact that I know all the class schedules of all my flavor clubs and I can book them through the online system on my app and it gives me alerts when classes get canceled which you don’t think it’s a big deal until you are the one in the class that’s actually been canceled and you’re like God I wish I would’ve known that earlier so it’s very helpful.
