I have been with Live Brave since lockdown and it is so good I have never missed a class . The platform has developed and you can access any form of class from beginner to advanced . The way the classes are presented is very clear , and in my opinion this App is excellent. i’ve been doing livebrave pilates longer than there’s been an app and there’s a reason i’ve stuck around so long! livebrave isn’t necessarily about big sweeping changes but rather more easily maintained smaller habits, supported by a great community on the app. on top of that the app itself is SO easy to navigate, which helps massively! live brave is so versatile and has something for everyday and every mood that you’re faced with. it works wonders for both your body and mind and i cannot recommend these classes enough.
