This app is completely pointless. First, you can’t leave after-hour messages. If I can only send messages during business hours, why wouldn’t I just CALL someone in the office? Even that aspect is horrible. I did try to use the chat feature once (during business hours, of course)… it didn’t even work! I started chatting with someone, they said it wasn’t the right person, and then nothing more. It said something like “x-amount of people” had seen my message… but not ONE REPLY. I ended up having to call in anyway! Second: the “form” to order the feeding supplies… who the heck thought up THOSE pre-populated supplies? I get several that aren’t listed. So I have to go to the very last one, and try to type everything in one spot. It’s just DUMB. SUGGESTION!! —> Either personalize the “forms”; tailor them to the individuals account/needs, or just let us type in the supply! It’s really not that hard. Another SUGGESTION!! —> allow after-hours/non-urgent messages! You people are only making it harder on yourselves (and you sure don’t care about the convenience of your customers)… if I could choose the department I need to message, leave a message, and get a reply the next business day… PERFECT. Think about that for a minute… messages already organized and waiting for your staff! (You know, the NORMAL, LOGICAL way most successful businesses do things) If you can’t fix it… just do away with the app. It’s awful.
Why have the capability of an asynchronous line of communication if you can only use it during business hours? If I try to send them a message after 4PM or on a weekend it won’t let me and tells me to call 911 if it’s an emergency. And since they have this message system, they force you to use it instead of talking in the phone. A two minute call turned into 2 weeks of messaging because they would take 27 hours to respond when I messaged them back in less than 10 minutes. I also have to wait from Friday at 4:01PM until Monday at 8:00AM to tell them I still haven’t received something they said they sent 10 days ago when a simple message now could assure that I don’t forget. Limiting the time I can send a message is an incredibly poor decision. This app is mediocre at best and feels like it’s being forced in order for someone to feel “high tech” when speaking over the phone works just fine. It’s seemingly fine for sending pictures of insurance cards or for them to send me documents to sign but someone invented email for that purpose decades ago and that can be used 24/7.
It’s wonderful to be able to quickly message with my pharmacy when I have a question and order my refills. Great app!
