Centivo

The app is easy to use but has next to no information for me. My spouse is our primary subscriber so that might explain why, but I can’t see anything about our deductible and how much has been met, or other totals. It’s very bare bones and lacks any real substance. Even if my husband is the subscriber, as an adult I should be able to see those totals as well. Obviously not his claims, but the deductible progress is so basic. I love the company and their philosophy but the website and app is essentially useless unless you’re the subscriber and that’s very annoying. Update - Thanks for the response, Centivo Team! I am now able to see my totals and some more information that makes the app much more useful.

I love my Centivo app! I have easy access to my ID card and can find a doctor in the in-app directory. I can also see referrals from my primary care physician instantaneously and get questions answered about my coverage and claims via chat with a representative. So quick and so easy. Can’t say this enough, keep making healthcare easier Centivo, because it’s working!
