my husband does AA meetings and I just can’t join with them. I’m not an alcoholic however, I do drink when I’m anxious. Call Neo is a way to help reroute my habits and dive into the logistics of why drink. I agree that AA might work for those that hit rock bottom on however that is not the case for everyone. I have tried other apps for cutting that drinking and it did not help. They had a calculating how much and how often I drink, and it felt more like a Weight Watchers style of helping. The numbers weren’t changing either and it felt useless. They call app actually curves my feelings that I want to drink. I also like the AI portion of it where you can vent out how you are feeling. I have been able to do this with my inner, most vulnerable thoughts that I don’t want to discuss with a human or have the time to with my therapist. It helps me get clarity with questions. Well, not feeling I am being judged that someone is holding my secrets, in her thoughts. I like that it is a workshop style to complete at my own pace and I feel the information is pretty clear and easy to grasp and utilize. I like the sign behind the lesson that share how my brain works. This is helpful and knowing what is a Current neurologically as well, in addition to my mental health. Overall, I highly recommend this program.

This app provides a lot of scientific explanations about cravings, addictions and cues. I could never pinpoint my cues until I worked through the steps it led me through. It’s been so helpful to understand how to change a habit slowly and feel successful even if you stumble. It’s very easy to use and I’ve learned so much. The AI is awesome as long as you’re honest with your thoughts and feelings. It gives practical advice and asks questions Thats really make you think. Don’t forget-it’s AI- and it can be annoying but you have to know how to guide it to work toward what you need. It helped me realize I was enjoying my journey. Great app.
