Bingo Master - Win Real Cash

I downloaded this game and was offered a few dollars bonus cash in the beginning. I played a $3 game and ended up winning. I liked that it was a faster paced bingo so I decided to keep playing to give it a try. I should add, once I had won my first game I went to the withdrawal tab to see their cash out options. It showed your bonus cash amount and your available withdrawal amount. Since I had won that cash game it displayed the amount in the available section. So I said what the heck and added $20 to my account to play. Several games later, I went back to the withdrawal tab and noticed that every single game I had won was now registering as bonus cash. I ended up adding $2 more dollars just to test my theory. What I have concluded is when you first deposit your money, for example, my $20. Initially upon adding your funds it will display under your “available withdrawal”. However, after actually playing the games- your money is basically turning into “bonus cash”. Not to mention the other downfalls of this app which is, it takes forever to get match results, which results in running through games and it taking HOURS at times for you to get your ranking results. Just listen to me when I say there are plenty of other honest, genuine, bingo apps out there that perform way better than this.

I downloaded this game and had a lot of fun playing until I really started to pay attention after my first cash out. First of all, I purposely lost games to get rid of the bonus cash. I lost it all and had only .20 in bonus cash… I made a $5 deposit… I immediately went back to check my withdrawal amount and all of the sudden I now have .40 in bonus cash and cash out the $5 I literally just paid in. How is that when I didn’t play a game or do anything at all?? Then to top it off my freaking Visa is charging me a percent for every deposit because this company shows up as being in Singapore and is an international charge. I guess that’s Visa or my banks fault but I will be calling them as these charges didn’t show up until a day after…. The game itself is fun, however I feel like your bonus cash is not honest and I am pretty upset that I have so many bank fees over this game.

To the makers of bingo master well I’ve been playing I won uptown was $20 I went to take it out and it said it only let me take out money that I didn’t deposit what is going on with that if I win money even if you guys give us money and we win more money we should be able to claim that money if you guys can fix this I would appreciate it so somebody can actually win something I don’t know why you guys can’t just pay us out like we were supposed to think I’m gonna have to find a new bingo game just when I thought I was having fun with this one now that I lost all my money I will not put any more money into it thanks for nothing
