I don’t ever do reviews of casino or other gambling apps. Hell I don’t even give reviews for good games I play, but the bad ones hear from me, lol. I especially don’t stop in the middle of a winning streak, for actual $$$, to review an app, but this time it is different.. It is on an actual personal level type of review. First, the app is first rate & the games are a blast. If you’re good you can win big. 2nd, I had a few issues with watching ads and having it freeze up at the end or just not pay out after the ad was done. BUT. and this is the awesome part of the review….the ppl that work at support and their hire ups are just first rate witu the speeed that they reply to any issues. They take every complaint seriously and this is the first app that sides more for the players than whomever gets paid from running the app. I got a call from a rep earlier and unfortunately missed it due to illness, but from a complaint about being stiffed $0.30 from 3 ads, their compensation was $2! Who does that but Bingo Bling??? No Cap! 💯

Aug 2022 still fun but all of a sudden the game "all that glitters" is gone note even put in locked mode for future levels to reach. Bummer...... forward to July 2023. Can't play the game unless I update the problem is I have two IPads and when I updated the older one my "money" I had accumulated was not forwarded to the new update. I don't care about the update it stinks!!!!!! No better than before. Mad I can't just play the old way and keep my balance. Finally updated second iPad what a MISTAKE!!!!!!! Lost my "money" and all the games I had opened over the last two years. Who wants these problems. Dec 2024. Just terrible we have to spend so much money to not get a bingo nor complete any dishes. I know I got keep trying and spend hundreds more and still continue to lose at this game.

This is a copy of the latest email I sent them. I have tried to be patient and waited a week and haven’t heard back from them. When I first emailed them and told them about the glitch they asked me to send a copy of the game scores showing I hadn’t been able to play. I did that and I sent a screen recorded video of what the game was doing. Once I sent them the proof, I haven’t heard a single thing back from them and the game has continued to take my money and shut off without letting me play. I truly have enjoyed this game but now I’m done. It’s ridiculous to spend money and have it taken from you. I sent an email on December 31st and January 1 and also once after that. You replied immediately and asked me to send you pictures where the game was taking the money but not letting me play the game. I did that. And the game has continued to mess up and take my money and not let me play. The game just closes out when it’s starting. I sent the proof and you’ve yet to respond. I still had money on my account and so I’ve tried to play it and most times now it’s just the $1 game that does it because I try that one first but today after playing a couple games the $6 game just did it to me. This is unacceptable. Especially seeing as how I’ve sent the proof and you’ve not responded since then. I sent everything you asked me to. I will be posting a review with this as people should know before they put money on a game that you’re going to take it and not help them with the problem.
