Some games are awesome some obviously are not and why I say that is 1 some games don’t have cash prizes 2 the baseball game on my phone I can’t speak for anybody else but it has a timing problem sometimes where the bat doesn’t swing when you hit the swing button and the pairing of opponents I understand but let’s say that person has played before and had to open a new account for whatever reason and u get paired with that person and they blow you out the water if that happens I feel like the new player should at the least get a free rematch or their money back. And I was aborted from a game quite a bit of times and got my refund except for the last one that I’ve been trying to get back for 2 days now they keep saying we will get with you in 24 hrs we’ll that hasn’t happened so I’m a little upset with that process and had a game that’s been holding a 10$ prize for 7 days and the “handbook” says I’ll get my entry fee back and no dice so far but if u just wanna have fun it’s got great games if u want to make money be careful of the games you choose

So the app makes money on the vig they charge from each entering player so there is no need to engage in deceptive practices. But then I noticed that my winning percentage is much much higher when I’m matched at the start of the game than when I complete a game and wait to be matched. So this begs the question. How can I be matched at the start of a new game with what support called “a worthy opponent” when I have ten games pending awaiting an opponent to join. The response was “While it may seem like new opponents are being matched in fresh games rather than pending ones, the algorithm prioritizes finding the best possible match based on skill ratings, availability, and other factors. This means that sometimes, new matches may form while others remain open a little longer.” Except the fact that my skill level is static, meaning they’re either a worthy opponent at my skill level or they’re not. If they’re at my skill level they should be matched against my oldest open game. The reason this isn’t happening can only be that the algorithm is taking into account the score achieved in the pending game. They’re looking for a higher rated player to match against the good score I achieved which results in losing more of those completed but unmatched games. So if you don’t match at the start you’re at a disadvantage because you’ll be playing a higher rated player. The player should HAVE THE OPTION of starting a game without an opponent or not.

I’ve been playing skillz games for a couple of months winning some and losing some. Winning more than i was losing but when it a 2/3 payout you have to be winning a lot more than losing or you won’t make money and slowly lose. I was cool with that. I understood and at my skill level I lost a couple hundred the first month but still I knew what was up and chose to continue. The last couple of days I have been winning 70-80% of the games I played finally getting some money back still negative in grand total but up for the week and they shut down my account without giving me a reason and will not respond to any of my emails. They stole everything i had in my account on there without giving any of that back. All I got was a generic email saying i broke one of the rules i agree’d and included all of the rules to look through. I read through it and there was not a rule on there i broke. I haven’t done anything differently this entire time i’ve played. They didn’t have any issue when i was losing but once you develop a pattern of winning they term you and still take all you money. Impossible to make money if you can only be on the app if your losing money. STAY AWAY and if you’ve had a similar experience join me in reporting this scam to the BBB.
